Kevin helps the SCDA at New Jersey Motorsports Park
Today, Kevin York joined ranks with the venerable Sports Car Driving Association (SCDA) at the brand new New Jersey Motorsports Park (NJMP) near Millville, NJ.
Kevin was invited by SCDA's president, Ian Prout, to serve the role of chief instructor in charge of classroom instruction and debriefing for the one-day event at NJMP's Lightning Course.
Kevin led discussions about high performance driving theory with the day's participants. From Novice to Advanced drivers, he was able to debrief the drivers and help them understand the nuances of driving a high performance car at speed on a great new track!
Founded in 1995, the Sports Car Driving Association, LLC provides the driving enthusiast the opportunity to experience high performance driving in a controlled environment. The SCDA, LLC events are strictly driver educational events, and are non-competitive. These are not timed events, nor are they competitive events.
