Directly after competing in the Grand Am KONI Challenge Series race at Daytona International Speedway, Kevin York traveled to Indianapolis, Indiana.

There he joined Jim Leo of PitFit to initiate a season-long physical training program.

"My team, Compass360 Racing does such a masterful job of providing a great car to drive, I wanted to up my game and improve what I can bring to the car when I race it. I've known Jim (Leo) for quite awhile now and am pleased that we could structure a partnership such as we have." noted York.

PitFit Training is the recognized leader in developing driver-specific fitness, nutrition and human-performance programs to expressly address the physical and mental demands of the motorsports industry. PitFit was founded in 1997 by Jim Leo. Leo and the PitFit crew provide fitness training to racers in various series including the Indy Racing League, Champ Car World Series, Champ Car Atlantics, Indy Pro Series, Formula BMW, USAC, Karting and more.
