14 August 2006 | Madison, WI
Kevin York to lead Advanced Driver and Instructor groups.
The BMW Car Club of America's Badger Bimmers Chapter's OktoberFAST will be held September 8-10 this year at historic Road America in Elkhart Lake, Wisconsin.
Kevin will be oversee both groups' on-track sessions and conduct off-track classroom and discussion sessions with these sport-enthusiast drivers.

Road America consists of fourteen turns, three long straights, and four total miles of winding track cut through the Kettle Moraine area of southern Wisconsin in Elkhart Lake.
Not only is it the longest road racing course in North America, but one of the most exciting and picturesque racetracks in the entire world.

Additionally, an event from the International Council of BMW Clubs' calendar will coincide with and join OktoberFAST.
The BMW Vintage & Classic Car Club of America will use Road America as it's annual tour's terminus. In celebration of the seventieth anniversary of the BMW 328,they will have the vintage BMWS displayed at Road America all day Saturday, with a nice combination with a group of 328s. On the Saturday, a section of the paddock will be roped off for their cars and they will have some parade laps on the track during a special session before lunch of the Driving School.
